Biography
Giorgia Moll was an Italian actress. Born on 14 January 1938 in Prata di Pordenone, she died on 2 June 2026 in Rome.
She played Francesca Vanini in Jean-Luc Godard’s Contempt (1963). Other notable roles include Phuong in The Quiet American (1958) and Maria in La cambiale (1959). Moll began her career as a model, making her film debut in 1955. She also appeared in television advertising sketches for Pasta del Capitano toothpaste on the Italian programme Carosello and recorded several singles as a singer during the 1960s. After retiring from acting in the mid-1970s, she worked as a photographer.
