Biography
Giovanna Ottobre-Melton is an American costume designer whose credits span feature films and television series from the mid-1980s onwards.
She designed costumes for the film The Rapture (1991). Her other film work includes The Mist (2007) and Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice (1992). On television she has worked on series including Freddy's Nightmares (1988), Space: Above and Beyond (1995–1996), Providence (1999–2002), Mob City (2013) and Marvel's Agent Carter (2015). She received a Primetime Emmy Award for her work on Space: Above and Beyond.
