Biography
Gittan Gustafsson was a Swedish production designer and scenograf. She was born on 9 November 1924 in Örebro and died in 2003 in Stockholm.
Gustafsson worked as production designer on Ingmar Bergman’s Dreams (1955) and Wild Strawberries (1957). She received art director credits on Möten i skymningen (1957) and Lek på regnbågen (1958), and later production design credits under the name Birgitta Morales, including on Benjamin (1960). Earlier in her career she appeared uncredited as an actress and assistant art director on Maria (1947).
