Biography
Glen Winter is a Canadian television director, cinematographer and producer. He began his career in the camera department in the mid-1990s and worked as a camera operator on several films and television productions before becoming a cinematographer.
Winter had a long association with the series Smallville (2001–2011), serving first as second-unit director of photography and then as series cinematographer on 92 episodes. He also directed 12 episodes of the show. He later directed multiple episodes of Arrowverse series including Arrow (2012), The Flash (2014), Supergirl (2015, including the pilot) and others such as DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Titans.
His cinematography has been recognised with awards and nominations from the American Society of Cinematographers and the Canadian Society of Cinematographers.
