Biography
Glenn L. Steelman is an American television director and first assistant director. He began in the camera and electrical departments on independent films in the late 1980s and early 1990s, later working as a second assistant director on several films before moving primarily to television assistant director roles from the mid-1990s.
Steelman has served as first assistant director on numerous series, including 50 episodes of This Is Us (2016–2022). His directing credits include three episodes of Make It or Break It (2010–2012), one episode of Switched at Birth (2015), and one episode of This Is Us (2022).
