Biography
Grant Thompson is an American actor, writer and producer. Born on 23 July 1976 in Gainesville, Florida, he graduated from Harvard University in 1998.
He began his career as an actor with roles including Costa Mesa Quarterback in Bring It On (2000), Hunter in The Butterfly Effect (2004), Boat Patrolman in National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007), Wallet Mountie in Blades of Glory (2007), Allan Watterman in Chuck (2007), Damon in The O.C. (2003) and Ewan Keith in Lizzie McGuire (2001). He later worked as a writer and producer, receiving a screenplay credit on the Disney film McFarland, USA (2015). Thompson won the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Writing in a Motion Picture for the film.
