Biography
Gregory Prange, also credited as Greg Prange, is an American film editor, television director and producer. He began working in the industry in the late 1970s, initially as an editor on films and television projects, before moving into directing and producing roles from the mid-1980s onwards.
Prange directed episodes of series including Airwolf (1986), Dawson's Creek (1999–2003, 16 episodes) and One Tree Hill (2003–2012, 31 episodes). He also served as a producer or executive producer on Dawson's Creek (128 episodes) and One Tree Hill (187 episodes), as well as later series such as Rizzoli & Isles.
He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for editing and an ALMA Award nomination for directing an episode of Dawson's Creek. Prange is the father of Ian Prange, formerly partnered with actress Hilarie Burton.
