Biography
Harry Reynolds (1901–1971) was an American film editor. He began his career as an assistant editor on the silent epic Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ (1925) before taking lead editing credits from 1927. He worked frequently with director Tod Browning on films starring Lon Chaney, including London After Midnight (1927), The Unknown (1927, co-edited with Errol Taggart) and West of Zanzibar (1928).
Reynolds continued editing feature films into the 1940s, with credits that include The Undying Monster (1942), Fallen Angel (1945) and Hangover Square (1945). From the late 1950s he moved into television, editing episodes of series such as Lawman, Maverick and 77 Sunset Strip.
