Biography
Heather Goodwin Floyd is a film and television editor, also credited as Heather Goodwin. She has worked in the editorial department on numerous productions, beginning as an assistant editor before taking on editing roles.
She served as assistant editor, first assistant editor and additional editor on the Netflix series Ozark (2017–2022), later editing six episodes. For her work on the second-season episode “One Way Out”, she received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series in 2019. She has collaborated extensively with editor Cindy Mollo, including on Ozark.
Other credits include first assistant editor on The Book of Eli (2010) and Broken City (2013), and assistant editor on Blue Streak (1999). She has also edited episodes of Mayor of Kingstown (2021–), The 100 (2020) and Knightfall (2019).
