Biography
Heather Noël Aldridge is a television writer and production staff member. She began working on the series Criminal Minds in 2005 as a production assistant and later served as assistant to the line producer before advancing to the writers' department as a writer's assistant and head writer's assistant.
Aldridge wrote the episode 'Night Lights' (season 14, episode 11), which aired in 2019. She has additional credits in production and crew roles on films including Sherrybaby (2006) and American Crude (2008).
