Biography
Hélène Arnal is a French film editor whose career spans several decades. She worked as an assistant editor from the mid-1950s before taking on full editing duties from the early 1960s onwards.
Arnal edited the animated science-fiction feature Fantastic Planet (1973), directed by René Laloux, and Yol (1982, also known as The Road), directed by Yılmaz Güney. Her other credits include Voyage of Silence (1967), Les hors-la-loi (1969) and Gwen, the Book of Sand (1985).
