Biography
Helene Marshall was an American actress. Born Helene Marie Nielsen on 25 August 1924 in Brooklyn, New York, she appeared in supporting roles in 1950s films and television series.
She played the Nurse in The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957). Other film credits include Mildred Wilkins in The Lieutenant Wore Skirts (1956) and an uncredited role in The Joker Is Wild (1957). Television appearances include episodes of Jungle Jim (1955), Peter Gunn (1959) and Annie Oakley.
Marshall was married to George Marshall Jr., son of director George Marshall, from 1947 until their divorce in 1959; they had two children. She was a cousin of actress Veronica Lake. She died on 22 May 2014 in Culver City, California.
