Biography
Henri Attal (also credited as Henri Atal) was a French actor. He was born on 13 May 1936 in Paris and died on 24 July 2003 in Cucq, Pas-de-Calais.
Attal appeared in numerous films from the late 1950s until his death, often in supporting or uncredited roles. He is credited as Arthur in Jean-Luc Godard’s Vivre sa vie (1962), as the first pumpman (uncredited) in Pierrot le Fou (1965), and as the other porn book reader (uncredited) in Masculin Féminin (1966). He worked frequently with directors including Godard, Claude Chabrol and André Hunebelle, and often alongside actor Dominique Zardi.
