Biography
Henri Marquet was a French screenwriter and assistant director. He worked primarily with Jacques Tati.
Marquet received a story and screenplay credit, alongside Tati, on Monsieur Hulot's Holiday (1953). The pair were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. He also contributed to the screenplay of Jour de Fête (1949) and served as assistant director on Mon Oncle (1958) and Playtime (1967). He appeared in uncredited acting roles in the first two of those films.
