Biography
Hideo Matsuyama is a Japanese production designer and producer. He is credited as production designer on Floating Weeds (1959), directed by Yasujirō Ozu, and on Taira Clan Saga (1955). He also worked as a planner or producer on several films in the 1940s and 1950s, including Shin, Heike monogatari: Yoshinaka o meguru sannin no onna (1956) and Nanatsu no kao (1946). He has an acting credit in the 1996 video Shin daisan no gokudô: Boppatsu Kansai gokudô uôzu!!.
