Biography
Hiroshi Kotô is a costume designer. He is credited as costume designer on the 1997 film Cure. Other credits as costume designer include Serpent's Path (1998), The Revenge: A Scar That Never Disappears (1997), The Revenge I: A Visit from Fate (1997) and several entries in the Katte ni shiyagare!! series (1996). He has also worked in wardrobe and art departments on later productions including Beyond Outrage (2012) and Earthquake Bird (2019).
