Biography
Hui San-Chi, also credited as Hsu Hsin-Chih or Hsin Chih Hsu (Chinese: 許新枝), is a Taiwanese film producer. He is credited as producer on The Time to Live and the Time to Die (1985), directed by Hou Hsiao-hsien, and Dust in the Wind (1986). Between 1984 and 1991 he produced or executive-produced around twenty films, including Kuei-Mei, a Woman (1985), Osmanthus Alley (1987) and When the Ocean Is Blue (1988).
