Biography
Hussain Ismael (also credited as Hussein Ismail or حسين إسماعيل) was an Egyptian actor who appeared in numerous films, primarily in supporting and minor roles.
Born in Cairo on 29 October 1922, he entered the film industry in the late 1940s and became known for characters such as messengers, butchers, barbers and concierges. He was the younger brother of fellow actor Abdel Moniem Ismail. His credits include the role of راكب بالقطار in Cairo Station (1958) and Sheikh Shenawy in The Land (1970). He died in Cairo on 25 July 1974.
