Biography
Iain De Caestecker is a Scottish actor. He was born on 29 December 1987 in Glasgow and completed an HND in Acting and Performance at Langside College.
De Caestecker began his career with roles in Coronation Street (2001–2003) as Adam Barlow and the BBC series The Fades (2011). He is known for portraying Leo Fitz in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013–2020) and for appearances in the films Shell (2012) as Adam, In Fear (2013), Not Another Happy Ending (2013), Filth (2013), Lost River (2014) and Overlord (2018). He received BAFTA Scotland nominations for his work in Young James Herriot and Not Another Happy Ending.
