Biography
Indy Lewis is a British actress born in 2001 in Chelsea, London. She grew up in Kingston upon Thames and is of Welsh and Sri Lankan descent. Her older sister is the writer Ashani Lewis. Lewis attended Tiffin Girls' School and trained at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) after a gap year.
She began her career with short films including Say No (2017) and On the Outside (2018). Lewis is known for her role as Venetia Berens in the BBC Two and HBO series Industry (2020–2024), initially a guest part promoted to series regular. She played Amy Wild in the AMC series La Fortuna (2021).
In 2025 she appeared as Margaret in the BBC One series King & Conqueror and as Mychal in the Amazon Prime series House of David. She has also been cast as Lizzie Young in the upcoming Prime Video adaptation Boys of Tommen (2027).
