Biography
Ingrid Craigie is an Irish actor known for work in theatre, film and television. She was born in County Cork and grew up in Dublin, where she studied English at Trinity College Dublin, graduating in 1976.
Craigie made her screen debut in the 1980s and appeared as Mary Jane in John Huston's The Dead (1987). Her other film roles include Circle of Friends (1995), Citadel (2012), 7 Days in Entebbe (2018) and You Are Not My Mother (2021). She has also appeared in television series such as Blood (2018) and Roadkill (2020).
A prominent stage actor, Craigie has performed extensively in Ireland and the UK, including productions at the Gate Theatre and on Broadway. In 2007 she received the Irish Times Irish Theatre Lifetime Achievement Award.
