Biography
Iris Quinn, also credited as Iris Quinn Bernard, is a Canadian actress. She was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, and graduated from Mount Allison University in 1973 with a degree in creative writing and English literature. She began her career in professional theatre with the Charlottetown Festival and has worked extensively in stage, film, television and voice-over roles.
Quinn is known for guest appearances in series including The Good Doctor (2019) as Dr. Donovan, Supernatural (2015) as Barbara Cordry, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010) as Mrs. Biers and The X-Files (1993) as Lillian Daniels. She played Mary Souter in the 2025 series Untamed. She also provides voice work, including in My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Friendship Games (2015).
Based in Vancouver, Quinn runs an actors' studio where she coaches and mentors performers. She was appointed to the faculty of the University of British Columbia in 2002. She is married to actor Fred Henderson.
