Biography
Isabelle Corey, also credited as Isabelle Cornet, was a French actress and model. Born in Metz on 29 May 1939, she began modelling in Paris in her teens for magazines including Jardin des Modes, Elle and Madame Figaro.
She was discovered in the Latin Quarter by Jean-Pierre Melville and cast as Anne in his 1956 film Bob le Flambeur. She also appeared as Lucienne in ...And God Created Woman (1956). Corey continued her career in Italy, settling in Rome and working with directors and actors including Mauro Bolognini, Vittorio De Sica, Marcello Mastroianni, Alberto Sordi, Dino De Laurentiis and Roberto Rossellini. She died on 6 February 2011 in Crozon, France.
