Biography
Isis Hainsworth is a Scottish actress. She was born on 22 September 1998 in Edinburgh.
She began her career in the West End, taking the lead role of Orla in the stage adaptation of Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour in 2017. Her early television roles include Michelle McCullen in the BBC One miniseries Wanderlust (2018) and Louise Graham in The Victim (2019).
Hainsworth is known for her performances in the films Emma. (2020) as Elizabeth Martin, Misbehaviour (2020) as Jenny, Metal Lords (2022) as Emily Spector and Catherine Called Birdy (2022) as Aelis, and the BBC Three series Red Rose (2022) as Rochelle Mason. She has received an Ian Charleson Award and was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award for stage work, and was named a 2022 Screen International Star of Tomorrow.
