Biography
Ivan Brandt (born Roy Francis Cook) was a British stage and film actor. He was born on 8 January 1903 in Lambeth, London, and died on 14 July 1972 in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.
Brandt appeared in British films between 1930 and 1948, often in supporting roles. His credits include The First Mrs. Fraser (1932), Things to Come (1936) as Morden Mitani, Blondes for Danger (1938), The Lion Has Wings (1939) and Under the Frozen Falls (1948). He also worked in theatre, including a Broadway appearance in the 1929 production of Rope's End.
