Biography
Jackson Douglas is an American actor and director. He is known for his recurring role as Jackson Belleville, the produce supplier and husband of Sookie St. James, on the television series Gilmore Girls (2000–2007), in which he also directed three episodes. He reprised the role in the 2016 revival Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.
Douglas was born in Kent, Washington. He studied broadcasting at Washington State University and moved to Los Angeles in 1991, where he trained in sketch and improvisational comedy at the ACME Comedy Theatre. His other credits include voice work on Family Guy (1999–) and directing episodes of Bunheads (2012).
He was married to actress Alex Borstein from 1999 until their divorce.
