Biography
Jacopo Quadri is an Italian film editor and documentarist. Born on 17 November 1964 in Milan, he graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. He has edited all of Mario Martone's films and worked repeatedly with Bernardo Bertolucci, Gianfranco Rosi and other directors.
His credits include Ovosodo (1997), The Dreamers (2003), Fire at Sea (2016), Waiting for the Barbarians (2019), The Life Ahead (2020), Nostalgia (2022) and Dry (2022). He has won a David di Donatello for best editing for Rehearsals for War (1998) and several Ciak d'Oro awards. Quadri has also directed documentaries, beginning with La scuola d'estate (2014).
