James Filbird is an American actor. He was born on 27 February 1959 in San Diego, California.
Filbird is known for portraying General Douglas MacArthur in the Chinese films The Battle at Lake Changjin (2021) and The Battle at Lake Changjin II: Water Gate Bridge (2022). He later appeared as Wayne in A Gilded Game (2025).
