Biography
Jami O'Brien is an American television writer and producer. She holds an MFA in playwriting from the Yale School of Drama.
Her early writing credits include episodes of Close to Home (2007), Lie to Me (2009), The Deep End (2010) and Big Love (2011). She worked on all five seasons of Hell on Wheels (2011–2016), beginning as executive story editor and writer before rising to producer roles.
O'Brien created and showran the AMC series NOS4A2 (2019–2020). She has also written and produced for Da Vinci's Demons (2013–2014), Flesh and Bone (2015) and Fear the Walking Dead (2017), and later held producing roles on Industry (2020).
