Biography
Jan Cornet is a Spanish actor. Born on 24 February 1982 in Terrassa, Catalonia, he began his career in the mid-2000s with roles in Spanish television, including Jaime Acosta in the series Motivos personales (2005), and made his feature film debut in La noche del hermano (2005).
Cornet gained wider recognition for his performance as Vicente in Pedro Almodóvar’s The Skin I Live In (2011). For the role he received the Goya Award for Best New Actor in 2012. Subsequent credits include Red Lights (2012), The Boat (2011), Sorry If I Call You Love (2014), Risen (2016) and the series Estoy vivo (2017–2019).
