Biography
Jane Seitz (also credited as Jane Seitz-Sperr, Jane Sperr and Juliane Sperr) was a German film editor. She was born on 17 August 1942 and died on 4 January 1988.
Seitz worked on numerous German and international productions, often for producer Bernd Eichinger. Her credits include editing Soldier of Orange (1977, as Jane Sperr), Christiane F. (1981), The NeverEnding Story (1984) and The Name of the Rose (1986). She received a nomination for the David di Donatello Award for Best Editing for the latter film. Her final credit was the comedy Felix (1988).
