Biography
Janet Lin is a television writer and producer. She is a Television Academy Foundation alumna who began her career with early writing credits including an episode of Waterfront (2006). She spent five years on the FOX series Bones (2005), working as a writer, story editor and executive story editor before taking on producing roles.
Lin has written episodes of Forever (2014), The Night Shift (2014), The Orville (2017) and Cursed (2020). She served as co-executive producer and writer on the first season of Bridgerton (2020) for Shondaland. She has also held producing positions on The Orville, The Night Shift, Forever and Bones. She received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her work.
As of 2021, Lin was developing and writing a Disney animated feature film.
