Biography
Jean-Jacques Caziot is a French production designer. Born on 11 January 1937 in Eaubonne, he began as an assistant to art directors including Jacques Saulnier and Bernard Evein in the mid-1960s. He first worked as chief decorator on Des garçons et des filles (1967).
Caziot has provided production design or set decoration for films including Murmur of the Heart (1971), Going Places (1974), Two Men in Town (1973), The Legend of the Holy Drinker (1988) and No Fear, No Die (1990). He has also worked extensively in television, notably as production designer on the series P.J. (1997–2009). He has served as a jury member and professor at La Fémis in Paris.
