Biography
Jean-Luc Revol is a French actor and theatre director. Born on 10 May 1960 in Nevers, he has worked extensively in theatre as both performer and director, including as artistic director of the Compagnie T.C.F./Théâtre du Caramel fou since 1986 and director of the Maison de la Culture de Nevers since 2016.
His screen credits include the role of the brother-in-law in Éric Rohmer's A Tale of Winter (1992), on which he also served as assistant production manager or assistant director. He has appeared in various French television series and films, such as episodes of Julie Lescaut and Plus belle la vie, and received the Prix Adami in 2004 for his theatre work.
