Biography
Jeffrey Comanor is an American actor and singer. He is credited as one of the performers playing The Juicy Fruits, later The Beach Bums and The Undeads, in Brian De Palma's 1974 film Phantom of the Paradise.
Comanor contributed to the soundtrack of Midnight Cowboy (1969), writing the lyrics and music for the songs "A Famous Myth" and "Tears and Joys", performed by The Groop. He later appeared in the 1986 film Hollywood Zap and provided archive footage for the television series Welcome to the Basement (2015–2016).
