Biography
Jerome Thoms (also credited as Jerry Thoms) was an American film editor. He worked primarily at Columbia Pictures from the early 1940s to the early 1960s and edited more than one hundred features and television episodes.
His credits include The Harder They Fall (1956), Pal Joey (1957), The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958), Ride Lonesome (1959), The Crimson Kimono (1959), Underworld U.S.A. (1961), Shock Corridor (1963) and The Naked Kiss (1964). He received an Academy Award nomination for best film editing for Pal Joey, shared with Viola Lawrence.
