Biography
Jim Youngs is an American actor. He was born on 13 October 1956 in Old Bethpage, New York, and is the brother of actor John Savage and journalist Robin Young.
Youngs began his career with a role in The Wanderers (1979). He is known for playing Chuck in Footloose (1984), Kelly Youngblood in Youngblood (1986) and appearances in Babylon 5 (1994) as Frank Benson and Silk Stalkings (1992) as Johnny Rider.
