Biography
Joanna Beresford (4 December 1956 – June 2025) was a British television producer and Director of Production. She worked as a producer on the first season of the animated series The Amazing World of Gumball (2011).
Beresford served as Director of Production at Avalon Entertainment, overseeing comedy productions including Taskmaster (2015) and Not Going Out (2006). She received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Miniseries as executive producer on The Lost Prince (2003) and an International Emmy Kids Award for Animation for The Amazing World of Gumball (2013), as well as British Academy Children's Awards for the series in 2011 and 2012.
