Biography
Joe Markham is a British writer and performer. He worked as a senior writer on Cartoon Network’s The Amazing World of Gumball for seasons 4 to 6.
He co-created the Sky comedy series Hitmen (2019–2021) with Joe Parham, which also aired on Peacock in the US, and served as senior writer and episode writer on Elliott from Earth (2021). He has contributed to The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball (2025). Markham is a multi-BAFTA winner, with his most recent award in 2022 for his work on The Amazing World of Gumball.
