Biography
Joe Parham is a British writer and producer. He wrote extensively for the animated series The Amazing World of Gumball from 2014 to 2019, including as senior writer on series 3 to 6.
His other credits include co-creating and writing the comedy series Hitmen (2020–2021) with Joe Markham, the feature film The Festival (2018), and episodes of Siblings (2014–2016) and Elliott from Earth (2021). He has contributed to The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball (2025) and is developing further projects in animation and drama.
Parham is a BAFTA winner and began his career in comedy writing before expanding into animation for networks including Cartoon Network and Disney.
