Biography
Joel Froome is an Australian cinematographer. He began working in the camera department and served as clapper loader on the film Australia (2008). He studied cinematography at the Australian Film School.
Froome has worked as director of photography on feature films including I Am Human (2019), A Chance Encounter (2022) and The Yeti (2026). He is based in Buffalo, New York, and is a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society and the New Zealand Cinematographers Society.
