Biography
John N. Fogleman is a former American prosecutor and circuit judge. He worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Crittenden County, Arkansas, and was later elected a judge for the Second Circuit Court, serving until his resignation in 2019. He holds a B.S.E. from Arkansas State University and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas.
Fogleman prosecuted the 1994 trials of Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr. in the West Memphis Three case. He appears as himself in the documentaries Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills (1996), Paradise Lost 3: Purgatory (2011) and West of Memphis (2012).
