Biography
John Hudson (also credited as Jonathan C. Hudson) was an American actor. Born in Gilroy, California, he served as a second lieutenant in the US Army Air Forces during the Second World War before beginning his acting career.
He appeared in supporting roles in films including Silver Lode (1954) as Michael 'Mitch' Evans, Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957) as Virgil Earp and G.I. Blues (1960) as Captain Hobart. His television work included guest appearances in series such as I Dream of Jeannie and Adam-12. He also performed on Broadway in productions including Junior Miss and Craig's Wife.
Hudson was married to actress Mary LaRoche from 1942 to 1947. He died in Los Angeles in 1996.
