Biography
John Nau is an American composer and musician. He co-founded Beacon Street Studios in Venice, California, in 2001 with Andrew Feltenstein, where the pair compose for film, television and commercials.
Nau began his career as a session keyboardist and bandleader, touring with artists including Hootie and the Blowfish and James Blunt. With Feltenstein he has scored films such as Casa de mi Padre (2012), Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013), Bachelorette (2012), Sleeping with Other People (2015), The House (2017) and Jury Duty (2023). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for the main title theme of the miniseries The Spoils of Babylon (2014).
