Biography
John Nicholls is a Canadian picture editor based in Toronto. He is an alumnus of the Canadian Film Centre and an accredited member of the Canadian Cinema Editors, as well as a member of the Directors Guild of Canada.
Nicholls has edited episodes of the television series Snowpiercer (2020–), including work on its fourth season. Other credits include SkyMed (2022–2025), Accused (2023–2024), Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent (2024), Little Dog (2018) and earlier assistant editor roles on features such as Forsaken (2015) and Sex After Kids (2013). He has received multiple nominations for Canadian Screen Awards and Directors Guild of Canada awards.
