Biography
John Paul Hammond, also known as John Hammond or John Hammond Jr., was an American composer and blues musician. He composed the music for the 1970 film Little Big Man, performing on guitar, harmonica and vocals, with the soundtrack release also featuring dialogue excerpts from the film.
Hammond received a BAFTA nomination for Best Original Music for Little Big Man. He contributed to other films, including soundtrack performances on Two-Lane Blacktop (1971) and composing the score for Loose Ends (1975) under the name John Paul Hammond.
