Biography
John Sloman is an American actor. He was born on 23 June 1954 in New York City and trained in musical theatre and performance at the State University of New York.
Sloman spent twenty years working in New York theatre before moving into film and television. His stage credits include a role in the original Broadway production of the musical Big and an understudy part in the 2000–2001 Broadway revival of The Music Man.
On screen he is known for the role of Bob in the film The Ugly Truth (2009) and for television appearances in series including Grey's Anatomy (2009) as Dr Kenley, Mad Men (2010–2013) as Raymond Geiger, Parks and Recreation (2011) as Doug, and multiple episodes of Law & Order.
