Biography
John Turman is an American screenwriter, producer and storyboard artist. He began his career as a storyboard artist and in 1995 pitched an adaptation of Marvel Comics' Hulk to Universal Pictures, where he worked with producer Gale Anne Hurd on early drafts of the project.
Turman received co-screenplay credit on Hulk (2003), alongside Michael France and James Schamus. He also contributed the story for Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). His other credits include the television films Ben 10: Alien Swarm (2009) and Ticking Clock (2011), episodes of MacGyver (2016), and work on The Crow: Stairway to Heaven (1998–1999). He is the son of producer Lawrence Turman.
