Biography
Johnetta Boone is a costume designer whose credits include the feature film Hustle (2022). She has worked extensively in film and television for over thirty years, with early credits on projects such as The Notebook (2004) and Beloved (1998).
Boone trained in fashion buying, merchandising and design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She took over as costume designer on the television series Yellowstone from its second season, succeeding Ruth E. Carter, and has also designed for Greenleaf (2016–2020) and several Tyler Perry productions. She grew up in Washington, D.C.
