Biography
Johnny Jewel (born John David Padgett) is an American record producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist. He founded the Italians Do It Better label in 2006 and is a member of the bands Glass Candy, Chromatics, Desire and Symmetry.
Jewel composed the score for Nicolas Winding Refn's Bronson (2009). His other film work includes the scores for Lost River (2015), Home (2016), for which he received the Georges Delerue Award, and Zeroville (2019). His music has also featured in the television series Those Who Kill (2014) and Twin Peaks: The Return (2017).
